I like for my color to come from my collections that are in the kit. Use a med to pale yellow for cheer and warmth. Be careful not to go too dark if the cabinets are dark.

Light Yellow- because it is bright and cheerful. With the right light you are able to see everything you need to and it is not dark when you are eating. It makes you smile.

Red...if you want to feel hungry all the time, red makes you want to eat.
Blue...to relax you,
i guess it depends on how much you need to eat, or not eat.

I would go with the red, because it's energizing, and will make you hungry!
