know a good sight to buy a nice oak aviary? well doesnt have to be oak , but a fancy indoor aviary???

you could probably build one for pretty cheap. you didn't mention what kind of birds ... you'll want to get you wish-size measurements and think of what it is you want.
you may want to try your local pet stores and/or avian vets for any suggestions on measurements for the type of birds you want. think of accessibility to food bowls, cleaning, perches ...etc.
then think of the cage mesh and type of wood to use (parrots will chew, doves/quail are pretty non-destructive).

Dr. Foster and Smith can help you. They have great finch aviaries you can use, if you want a giant aviary try Kings Cages.

Personally if you have a few birds I prefer the idea of haveing a bird room. Where the birds can fly in their own room as if they were in the wild. Just an idea. Here's a webpage with pictures of bird rooms, they look really nice.
