First, Christianity is not a religion, it is a relationship. Religion says do, do, Christianity says done. Now, Jesus Himself made it pretty clear. "I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except by me" (John 14:6) Basically, He is saying He is the only way to God and Heaven.
And, Mat 7:13 "Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be1 which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
Jesus stated that the road to Heaven is narrow and few will find it. So, it is not very pc, but neither was Jesus. He said only those who believe in Him for salvation will see Heaven and that most people will choose the wide road to Hell. Was he a liar, a lunatic or is He Lord? How you answer that question will have eternal ramifications.

Hi
I am a Hindu, living in India.Hinduism is a religion with a very modern outlook. It is infact a way of life and not a religion in the true sense. It has been around for thousands of years and has scriptures which say things much relevant for today's world. It doesn't believe in conversions and is a very tolerant religion.Infact, Hindus accept Jesus,Mohammed as true messiahs of God.Hindus truly respect all religions in the world.Hence as per Hinduism, there are no such people as non-believers at all.Heaven and hell are places that humans create in our own mind. One begets the results of his/her own actions which is perfectly in tune with the most modern management thoughts today.Hinduism says that all creatures are manifestations of God and the souls just pass through different froms through birth and death. It believes that trhe ultimate salvation comes when the soul does not need to take birth again. It merges with the almighty and that is heaven.

Reincarnation is one of Wicca's most valuable lessons. The knowledge that this life is but one of many , that when the physical body dies we do not cease to exist but are reborn in another body. Reincarnation is the instrument through which our souls are perfected. One lifetime isn't sufficient to attain the goal; hence, the consciousness (soul) is reborn many times, each life encompassing a different set of lessons, until perfection is achieved. In Wicca, we seek to strengthen our bodies, minds and souls. The soul is ageless, sexlesxs, non-physical, possessed of the divinespark of the Goddess and God.
After the body dies, the soul lives on. Some Wiccans say that it journeys to a realm variously known as the Land of the Faerie, the Shining Land and the Land of the Young. Some call it the Summerlands. This realm is neither heaven nor the underworld. Others see it as a realm without forms, where energy swirls coexist with the greatest energies--the Goddess and God in their celestial identities.
The soul is said to review the past life, perhaps through some mysterious way with the Deities. This isn't a judgment, a weighing of one's soul, but an incarnated review. Lessons learned or ignored are brought to light. After the proper time, when the conditions on Earth are correct the soul is reincarnated and life begins again.
After the final reincarnation, when those souls who have attained perfection, break away from the cycle forever and dwell with the Goddess and God. The energies resident in our souls return to the divine source from which they originally emanated.

Roughly 2/3 of the world's population is not christian. Therefore, accordingly to the christian bible, everyone who does not believe in Jesus and God will go to hell. Therefore, 2/3 of the world's population will go to hell and suffer unmeasurable pain and suffering for the rest of eternity.
Any objective person can see how ridiculous this sounds. I am an atheist.

Christianity states that all people face the judgement of God when they die. Those who accepts Christ as the "propitiation for their sins" (yeah, thats churchspeak for ya...it means somebody to take the heat for ya when you screw up) are forgiven. Those who do not accept Christ face the wrath of God, IE, hell.
Christianity also teaches that "Good people" aren't "good enough". Sure, some people have committed less sin than others, but that doesn't mean they're completely without sin. Even the "best" people still face the wrath of God if they don't accept Christ.
Yeah, it sounds harsh...and I don't run around telling people they're going to hell or anything, but you asked.

you're not automatically going to hell, if you're not religious. but you're not going to live with God either if you don't follow His commandments. I believe that hell, though, is only reserved for the absolute worst people judged by God. others who don't believe in Him or are not following His commandments and maybe lose their way a little, live in another 'heaven' which is not paradise or where God lives.
God will judge everyone (in a just and righteous manner of course) and people who did good things in life and even though they didn't really follow Him, they 'emulate' certain commandments (like charity) will get a fair reward.
but for actually living with God, you have to follow His Gospel and teachings and live according to His commandments.
...my personal believes.

both believers and non-believers will be judged according to what they have/have not done. They are judged by God - not us.
Therefor, he is the only one who will say if they are going to hell or not.
However, there is a very likely chance they will....along with believers who haven't been faithful/obedient to God.
i hope this answered your question. God Bless.

the only issues wherein a man or woman could desire to have faith for reaching eternal salvation is Noble habit, organic suggestions, variety strikes & charity. that's what the two jesus & muhammad had preached. Accepting them as a source to prevail in God is genuinely optionally available, If one's strikes R noble, despite if he's neither a Christian or a muslim, he isn't any sinner , & shall attain God's grace . ok ?.

Being that religion is man made and not God made . God has no religion and does not ask anyone to follow one. God loves EVERYONE. And wants everyone to do His will and to accept His offering of eternal life in heaven. Only you can choose which path your eternal life. You do the choosing not God. God gives you free will to choose the path to eternal paradise or the path to eternal damnation. It's all up to up.
