At Walgreens the other day i saw this tooth whitener that said it made teeth like 10 or sometihng shades whiter. It had like a blue light that you put by your teeth for like a ½ hour. I think the brand was Rembrandt or Oral B and i think it was 50 $. Does it work? Is it worth it?

No, it's not worth it. The dentist I work for recommends the Crest White Strips. Also, check with you dentist to see if he or she carries them in the office because, if they do, it will be a higher concentration than what you can get over the counter. Either way, they'll work, the over the counter stuff just takes longer. You could also go to your dentist & have bleach trays made. They will make them to fit your teeth specifically & will give you bleach to put in them. That's the most efficient way.

Rembrandt is by far the best over the counter tooth whitening system. And the best of the Rembrandt products is the one with the top and bottom mouth pieces that has the whitening gel in a syringe. And yes it is worth the money.

Hmmmm, don't know. Many people, including me, have used the Crest White Strips. They definitely work and your teeth stay whiter for a good six months. I feel like I wasted money at the dentist. I don't know about other dentists, but he told me that it was bleach (which is in the drugstore brands have, only a bit less concentrated), and he did not even apply it to the back teeth, just like with the Crest Strips!

The only tooth whitening that works is the professional whitening done by dentists known as Brite Smile.

All over the counter products are fraudulent, including the ones that claim to be professional quality.

The light they are putting in this one is meant to trick people into thinking it is similar to Brite Smile.

I have never found an over the counter product that works very well for whitening teeth. Don't waste your money. Save it for the Dentist.

I'd say it's at least worth trying, but if your not willing to pay 50 bucks for it then get some crest whitening strips. Try it, return it if you don't like it.
