Here's the most unique way I use it:

Warm 1/2 cup clear honey and add it to a bottle of medium-dry white wine. Chill before serving.

Thats not really using wine but mixing it. Anyway, it is really good like that so you should try it some time (Its how the ancient Romans use to drink it).

So, how do you use wine? (Recipes appreciated)

I try to avoid mixing good wines.

In winter though I like a grog. Warm red wine with sugar, cloves cinnamon stick, cardamon pods, almonds and raisins. Have all theses ingredients almost boiling. Use cheap red wine.

I use Pinot Noir in a tomato based meat sauce that I serve over pasta. Top secret recipe though, sorry.

60% wine-- 40% cold water---put it a tub---what you can't drink, you let yor partner have------HAH
