There were 693 sites that came up with "Keloid Specialist at Los Angeles" in the Google Search.
However, you could call 800-New-Hair and ask for .Dr. William Rassman, M.D.; or try contacting Dennis Woo, M.D., chairman, Department of Pediatrics, Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica, Calif., and Assistant Clinical Professor, UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, Los Angeles [telephone number was not given].
All the best.

And what do you say about the hospitals in LA that are closing or killing more patients than they cure; or the school system which turns out the most uneducated and illiterate pupils in the civilized world; or the tax base that is disappearing to the extent that road work and basic infrastructure is becoming more like Ecuador than the US; or the population that is more content accepting the national and local government dole (and gang rule) than making their city better. As a Californian, I really wish people wouldn't point to LA (or San Francisco, for that matter) as an example of California. Those cities are more like third-world countries located within California borders.

A topical treatment assists in healing post procedure or simply reduce the scar tissue over time on its own. A lot of studies show benefit from GHK-cu tripeptide complex which is a key ingredient in product online or thru doctors called "NuGlow" serum. They do not claim scar treatment, but studies show this to be of help and I have seen it work on my own over a period of months, enough time for new skin to form.

rather....go to a dermatologist
they specialize in skin so they would best know how to treat it
I dont think removing it is the best option because scarring is what caused it and it would just come back..
I hear there are some laser therapies that are helpful
but again consult a dermatologist

You would have to go to a plastic surgeon to have it removed. There is a great chance that after the surgery you could get a bigger keloid in its place.
