Wilmington, NC. Because it reminds me of when I was a kid and we would go 2 or 3 times during the summer for a week or so at a time. It was/is so peaceful there. No worries, no cares, just a kid with a few dollars in our pockets. We played video games at the arcade, rode rides at the Carnival, and watched the sun go down as we sat on the shore.

Firenze (Florence), Italy. I love it because of the hotel, the food and just the atmosphere. So there's this one great little hotel near the train station (not too close) called Hotel Mario. And Mario, the owner, makes awesome cappucino. Possibly the best you'll find under the Tuscan sun -- and that's a huge complement. And the food in Florence -- wonderful. Two restaurants that I can't wait to return to are right next to each other and one of them is a Chinese restaurant (for when we get "tired" of eating pasta! ha). I guess Florence is just really my favorite place to vacation because it feels like a home (albeit a much more relaxing one!) away from home for me. I can just go there and worry about nothing except what I'm going to eat or where I'm going to visit next.

Any tropical island in the Carribean or South Pacific. The beaches are awesome, the water is crystal clear. They are all paradise to me. I love them.
