like your over weight and u get teased alot in school sometimes

First, I hope you realize that you are a beautiful person no matter what your size. I do understand what it is like to be teased, teenagers and children can be cruel, but remember it's what's on the inside that counts. If you are out-going and fun-loving, people seem to forget about your looks because you are so fun to be around.

With that being said, I know you still want to be thinner for "The guys", especially the ones you have a crush on, yeah I know, been there so here's what you do:

First, the maximum you can lose safely in this amount of time would be 18-25 lbs. depending on how big you are now. The skinnier you are, the less you will lose and the bigger the quicker you will lose.

Second: write down EVERYTHING that you eat including fat and calories per serving.

Third: limit what you eat to vegetables as much as you want and a small portion of lean meat no bigger than your palm and eat cereal for breakfast with a small piece of fruit. The cereal can be hot or cold. You must eat 3 meals everyday, but just smaller sizes. STAY AWAY from, sugar dairy except nonfat is O.K. and starches such as bread and pasta. Starches can be added if they are whole wheat and no bigger than the palm of your hand.

If you crave sweets like I do, find nonfat or low fat substitutions and limit how much you eat.

Lastly, You have to exercise, even if it is just waling for 30 minutes 5-6 days a week and then work your way up to jogging.

I GUARANTEE you will lose weight if you do this.

If you are overweight enough that you are going to get teased then there probably isn't any healthy way to lose it that it won't come back. Just decide for yourself that you want to do it and then start with little lifestyle changes. Drink water instead of soda, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc. You can also exercise a few times a week and it will help out a lot.

The best way is to stay active and eat the right portion sizes. Eat a variety of things so you don't overload on the wrong kinds of carbs like I sometimes do. First and foremost, you want to be healthy and not get too caught up in the "skinny" thing that's going on.

Fruit and protein for breakfast.
Protein and whole wheat carbs with plenty of veg for lunch.
Protein and veg for dinner.
Eat loads of veg. No butter. Stay low fat. Don't use bought salad dressing. Drink plenty of water and no alcohol. Get some exercise, even 20 mins walk per day.

Good luck ! The key is veg, veg, more veg. Replace all your spuds, rice, pasta with veg. Steam it, boil it. Toss it with garlic. Balsamic vinegar.

hiya, this makes me so sad that you feel pressurized to lose weight because of the silly people at your school who think its clever to tease someone about how they look..makes me so cross! i can understand how you feel so if you want to go on a diiet please do but do it safely! exercise is always good for losing weight and building muscle tone..leave out fatty foods-if you like eating salads thats a good way to lose weight but exercise as well to build body tone.. good luck and please be proud of who you are as beauty is only skin deep - a person can have a beautiful exterior but can be really ugly inside..

you should have started when school ended. just eat less fatty foods. eat lots of vegies, stay away from fast food. but the best you can hope foe is maybe 5 lbs. in a momth

ugh, it's LOSE WEIGHT, not loose, jeez.

And just write down everything you eat, calorie and fat information included, and watch your calories. Get a mini journal just for this.

eat handfuls of laxatives.Make sure you're within 50 feet of a karzi tho,otherwise you'll have a clothing issue...literally.
