My brother once likened it to rechargable batteries...the first thing the charger does is de-charge the batts of their remaining charge, because there's always a little left over, even if it won't light the weakest flashlight. Then it starts charging. But if left in the charger too long after a charge, they start to de-charge again. I dunno why, it just does.

Whenever I have vacation, I sleep anywhere from 10-14 hours. It's annoying. But, I have learned that since I have experienced no extreme bouts of depression, feeling under the weather, or any other warning signs of a serious disease, it's not a thing to be overly concerned about. Unfortunately, there's not much anyone can do to change how much sleep they require. I feel like I should be doing other things when I sleep so long. Yet, if I don't get my 10+ hours of sleep, I don't function well. Anyway, there's no great concern about how long a person sleeps unless it is linked to another problem or condition; in which case it may be serious and calling out for help.

sounds like in real life you worry alot. that is why you slept too much. waking up in a bad mood could be a bad dream that you dont remember. and feeling tired after sleep is normal if you worry alot and think of your past alot or thing of a lost love .
if this persists talk with your doctor and ask him about sleep treatment' he will be able to help you.

Too much sleep is a depressant that is why.You have to regulate your sleeps to 8-9 hours a day in order to be energetic and healthy in mind.Take a sleeping pill if you can't get enough satisfaction by sleeping 8 hours.
