Water is probably the most healthy. If you are just talking about something to eat then most fruits and vegetables are naturally healthy foods depending on how they are prepared but the key is everything in moderation. Too much water, one type of fruit or vegetable, etc. would cause you to have problems or become deficient in certain vitamins and minerals.

TOFU! This is the best food on earth. I know it sounds completely gross but it is my favorite food. It is so delicious when prepared right...I can fry up some outstanding tofu.
