I think this question may be better suited for the Family and Relationship section instead of religion...

Why is your question in this section? Anyway...

You are not the one who needs to take a stand. Your husband is the one who must confront his ex-wife's behaviors. Is this upsetting to your husband as well? I would hope so. Although you can't make someone change, you can change the way you react to a person's behaviors. My hunch is that the both of you are playing right into her hand, and she keeps winning. What would happen if the two of you just did not respond at all to this ex-wife? Obviously, she is getting something out of it--your reactions, possibly?

Maybe you and your husband need to sit down, discuss this matter, letting him know what you are feeling and thinking and asking him how he feels/thinks about this situation. Then the two of you could develop a plan of action on how you both will respond (not react) to the ex-wife. And both of you need to be on the same page and remain consistent in how you respond. It must be difficult since there are children involved as well. I hope this helps.

Really. You deserve better right?
But you knew when you married him there was baggage. I suggest you read the book of Job. You can email me.
