For breakfast, have a serving (watch the serving sizes...each cereal differs!) of no to low-sugar cereal, skim milk, fruit, and coffee/tea (black, unsweetened). OR, I love to make egg white omlets. Take 6 egg whites (discard yolks...6 egg whites is equivalent to 3 whole eggs). Scramble them with a little water. Top with skim milk Mozzerrella cheese and mushrooms. Make some stone-ground whole wheat toast and you're in heaven! (I mentioned stone-ground whole wheat because it somehow regulates blood sugars better than plain whole wheat.) It's very tasty and a favorite.

For lunch, a cup of light yogurt, fruit, and some Wheat Thins or Triscuits with peanut butter. You could also do a green salad with fresh Romaine lettuce (most nutritious lettuce) and use a light dressing. NEVER use a fat free dressing due to the high sodium content (plus, you need fat to metabolize some foods!).

For dinner, choose a low fat meat such as chicken or fish. Beef and pork are ok, but not more than 2-3 times a week. Avoid carbs (potatoes, rice, grains) unless you are going to do some intensive physical work later on. Carbs without exercise equals fat! Fill up on veggies. Have a piece of fruit for dessert (or some fat free and sugar free pudding with fruit).

Snacks: Fruit, dried fruits, veggies, whole wheat crackers, whole wheat pretzels (especially if they have flaxseed oil in them!), light yogurt, serving of cereal, natural popcorn, flavored rice cakes (MUCH better than plain rice cakes...some are REALLY GOOD!! Try Chocolate Crunch or Caramel), sugar-free Jell-O, fat-free broth (chicken or beef), Blue Bunny brand sugar free ice cream treats (awesome!), nuts, sunflower seeds, etc.

Good luck!

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Try organic! corn chips & salsa, carrots, for snacks, I never buy name brand stuff, it contains too many chemicals. If you can, read the books out by Kevin Trudeau, "Natural Cures, Things THEY don't want you to know", you will never look at food the same way again; the reason you are hungry all the time is because of the chemicals in our food. It is difficult to eat organic, all the time not to mention a little pricey; so just try to eat less at a sit down meal. There are organic waffles that are great with peanut butter, or almond butter, eggs, toast [spelt bread is my favorite toasted, I use smart balance organic] there are also a host of cereals, organic oatmeal with actual chemical free fruits organic granola cold cereals. I love the Cremeline brand non-homogenized milk. It is delicious & I can only find it at one store. The reason I go for non homogenized milk is because I had read that the homogenization process causes hardening of the arteries, also being organic, it does not contain the bovine hormone that they give the cows to produce more milk. I do not drink soy or take soy in any form, due to the chemicals. I eat as early as I can during the day, as my day starts at 6AM & my first break is at 8:30, at which time I eat my lunch [yes, @ 8:30), at lunch I'm not even hungry but I'll have a bananna or apple, organic of course or some crackers or soup, I am not a big fan of food, ESPECIALLY after I read The Book, I always take my lunch to work as the cafeteria food is just that. If your really serious about eating healthy, if it is the last thing you do, do get this book! you can get it at most health food or book stores; Whole Foods, Good Foods, Borders, eBay, and http://www.amazon.com if you want to lose weight, now this is amazing! Go to http://www.oxypowder.com I lost 10 pounds in one week, I have kept the 10 off for 2 years that I tried to get rid of for 3 years because I read the book and did a 7 day cleanse, it removes impacted matter from your intestional track, not like a laxative, it oxegenates your body; it is great! Please read about the ingredient on the website called Germanium 132. My day job is physically intense, therefore, I get plenty of walking, & my share of bending & lifting. I look at it as getting paid to get toned, and I don't even need to hit the gym! I will be retiring early, in about 2 months, & my biggest fear is getting fat, I'm not anorexic, just health consious. So, I'm checking out the Nordictrak, and the Bowflex, my husband & friends says that they will keep me busy as there is suppose to be so much to do when I retire to the woods! That's why I'm looking at the home gyms! My health club is too far away. Anyway! after you read this book, you won't even think about eating junk, or fast food. I also stay away from anything that contains high fructose corn syrup as one of the first 3 ingredients; it is in almost everything, try to find a loaf of bread without it! If it is one of the first three main ingredients it will make you fat, it will cause you to store anything you eat into your fat instead of your muscles. You want to stay away from pop, sugar is so bad for you, diet drinks contain nasty chemicals, Splenda has been linked to Muscular sclerosis (MS) Sorry about not having your lunch & dinner recipe, but just make what you normally do only eat less of it. I still cook for 4 people but I share with my husband & I also feed my 2 big dogs a paper plate meal, in addition to having their dry holistic dog food available to them all day, they get plenty of excercise, but not in this heat. I do believe in vitamin supplements, like Bob's Barefoot Coral Calicium, it contains minerals not in our food. I made Itialian sausage on the grill with sauteed green pepper slices & onion slices in organic butter on organic whole wheat buns for dinner
