I think the best side dishes to serve with bbq ribs are macroni salad and baked beans with ground beef in them.. some corn bread and steam corn for dessert a good hot apple pie with ice cream ..

Mashed potatoes ALWAYS are a hit with Ribs! And what about green beans for a vegetable or even broccoli in cheese sauce?

DEFINITELY the corn on the cob. if you're doing ribs (eating with hands)....you want corn on the cob. nothin better. also potato salad is a must. for desert something homey and comfort-food. some hot apple pie and vanilla ice cream. :)

Keep it simple, some white or brown rice and a veggie - you don't want to over-do it because the ribs are the opening act, ya know? (Don't forget the ice cold beer!)
