Yes to both questions. Just because they have Downs does not mean they are sub human individuals who cannot do the things others do. They are wonderful humans and they have a normal healthy baby, but there are a lot of people out there that feel that Downs adults should not be allowed to pro-create, love or be married or have the life that others have.
