Is "Cool Bits 2.0 overclocking tool" software that I can get? if so, where do I go to get it?

I'm just running an Nvidia GeForce FX5200, will CB 2.0 overclocking tool work with it?

I only bought the FX5200, because windows error reporting told me My issue could be that my VC might be bad. They were wrong, and it was all I could afford at the time. Lots better than what I had though(GeForce2 MX)

Yes, http://www.guru3d.com/newsitem.php?id=1666 however the FX5200 is just such a poor performer anyway you have to ask yourself, is it really worth overclocking it, in my opinion, it is not.
