Sounds like migraine to me darling (I have it, I totally understand that).
For me it's sound, light, movement. . . they all intensify my pain.

Migraine pain is often described as throbbing or pulsating pain that is intensified by routine physical activity, coughing, straining, or lowering the head. The headache is often so severe that it interferes with daily activity and may awaken the person. The attack is debilitating, and migraine sufferers are often left feeling tired and weak once the headache has passed.

Sounds horrible. I think you should see a doctor, possibly soon (see below), especially if this episode is a new thing and has lasted for a while. Even if it turns out to be "just" a migraine, you shouldn't have to suffer.

"....see your doctor or go to the emergency room immediately if you have any of these warning signs and symptoms:

* Abrupt, severe headache, often like a thunderclap
* Headache with a fever, stiff neck, rash, mental confusion, seizures, double vision, weakness, numbness or speaking difficulties
* Headache after a head injury, especially if it gets worse
* Chronic, progressive headache that worsens after coughing, exertion, straining or a sudden movement
* Onset of new headache pain after age 40"

Don't know could be anything. If it is that severe you should call you doctor and see what they want you to do. You could go to Emergency Room or Urgent Care and they can treat you from there. If you are better not moving then have someone call the doctor for you - especially if you are under 18

sounds like you need a doctor. Get checked out for sure. If everything is ok, try herbal suppplements.

You can try lemon balm or stinging nettle herbs. It may help. It may not mix with medicines.
