Wouldn't you rather have GOOD eggs?!
My own recipe is to mix some milk,a pinch of salt and pepper in with the egg.Stir until it's a nice lemon yellow.
Then just cook it for a few minutes until done.
Yum.

Whip up your egg with a wire wisk. Add salt and pepper and a teaspoon of milk or half-half. If you want them fluffy, add 1/4 tsp baking soda before cooking.
When cooking, start with a heated pan, medium-hot. Add butter. Add the eggs. When you see them start to bubble, lift them gently with a spatula so that the runny, uncooked egg can cook in the pan; don't stir too much. Just keep on lifting and turning the egg, maybe flipping it before it starts to brown. It should be done in less than a minute from then.
