Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Yes, Hoodia does work. However, as with any supplment, ou need to have a good diet and exercise program to maximize the effects - there is no "magic pill".
If you're looking for a good supplement that contains hoodia, I'd suggest Herbalean. It also contains Ephedra, which was unbanned on April 14th this year - so it's legal to buy in the US again!
With the Hoodia and Ephedra formula, I get energy through the whole day, and I don't have any snack or sweet cravings at all. The first week I took it, I had to set the alarm on my cell phone to remind me when to eat.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:
Asker's Rating: *****
very good comment i lost 2 lbs in a week
i think i can almost get in my leather dress, i can hit the town in no time
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

Yes, if you're looking for an appetite suppressant.
My wife and I use it not because we're overweight but because we travel, speak, and are generally busy people. Sometimes we don't have time to eat just before 'doing our thing' so hoodia has really helped. However, it is not a miracle pill. It is not a stimulant.
One of your readers stated that hoodia doesn't work, another implied that it works better on Indians and those of Asian heritage, and still another claimed it was a pharmaceutical. None of these are correct.
Hoodia has been featured on 60 minutes and in a number of science, medical, and herbal periodicals. It has been the focal point of many clinical and non-clinical trials and the overall agreement is that hoodia does work when used properly.
Clinical trials have shown that 3 grams (3,000 mgs.) per day of hoodia, taken consistently, can help curb your appetite dramatically. What I've noted with my clients is that hoodia works for well over 86% of them (I think the actual amount was 86.8%). We have a very, very high reorder rate. Unfortunately, there are many different 'grades' or qualities of hoodia gordonii on the market. The type and quality of hoodia can make a dramatic difference in how it effects your body.
We use Dr. Bill's Choice Pure Hoodia.
For those hoodia doesn't work for, it won't cause you to eat more. However, if you find that you're hungrier when on it, it's probably because you've too dramatically restricted your caloric intake. Remember also that hoodia works best when a certain caloric intake (especially of low glycemic carbs) is achieved. The prevailing theory behind this is that since hoodia is accepted by your body as glucose (it's not glucose but your body thinks it is) that low glycemic carbs actually prepare glucose receptors to become sated.
By the way, I've been helping people stay healthy for a more than 20 years and I can tell you that losing weight requires a combination of both exercise and caloric restriction but with a proper nutrition balance.
Many diet plans, commercial as well as homemade, can help a person get on the right track (i.e., eating better and exercising more), but most lack the ability to truly be customized to your physiological needs. Thus, they work for awhile but then quit working.
If you want to lose weight in a healthy manner, keep the following in mind:
1) Check with your physician to be certain that you are physically able to reduce your calories and increase your exercise habits safely.
2) Make certain that the calories you are eating are as balanced as possible. Finding out how much protein, carbs, and fats your body needs on a daily basis can really help keep your energy levels high all day long. The #1 reason my clients tell me that they've stopped dieting or exercising in the past is because of low energy ebbs. Splitting the amount of calories you can have per day into 5 - 6 smaller meals will help tremendously (this keeps your body fueled and ready to go and you also know that your next meal is only a couple of hours away).
Knowing what your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is will certainly help you determine how to be calorie conscious. Also remember that you may need supplements to help things along.
3) While exercising (before, during, and after) be sure to consume enough water. The key is not to be 'thirsty' (overtly) during this time of exercise.
4) Adding weight bearing exercise (i.e., lifting weights) will help to tone your body and the thermogenic (fat burning) effect will last long after you've stopped working out -- even if your workout is simply walking).
5) Remember that you'll probably hit plateaus (times when you'll stop losing weight) several times during your weight loss progress. This is completely normal and is only temporary but it can last for a couple of weeks at a time. It is very important to remember that even if your scale isn't showing progress, your entire body is being positively effected by your efforts.
6) Measure different parts of your body (neck, upper arms, lower arms, chest, abs, waist, belly, butt, thighs, etc.) and do it accurately. Write these measurements down and check them once every 2 weeks. This will help you remember that your body is 'reducing' all over -- not just in one particular area. If you're weight training you may actually notice a slight increase in some areas of your body (don't worry -- if you're a woman you won't start looking like a bodybuilder).
7) Keep focused on your end goal and concentrate on losing maybe 1 pound a week -- sometimes you'll lose more, sometimes less. As long as it's an average, it's okay.
8) Lastly, remember that you're doing a WONDERFUL thing for your body.
Keep up the good work. I've worked with hundreds of people in the past 20 years (mostly women) who have lost (individually) HUNDREDS of pounds safely. Better still, they've kept it off -- Kay lost over 350 pounds and has been at her goal weight for 7 years now.
As for what to take (if anything), that depends entirely on what your body needs. Anyone who suggests that you take something that 'works for everyone' is either confused or deluded. For example, if you had a twin brother or sister your bodies could react completely different to certain supplements or foods on a metabolic level. If you want to learn more about what you might want to take, how to calculate your BMR, or learn about hoodia, you can visit my site (below).
Any questions, don't hesitate to write and ask.

I've noticed that too! I've been taking it for 3 weeks now and I'm noticing no changes. I'm still hungry and eat the same way and I don't get that boost of energy. I'm still taking it to just finish the bottle but I think it was a waste of my money!
