I was thinking, am I the only one that likes to eat macoroni and ketchup, or hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, & cheese? So I decided to ask everyone out there what is your favorite original/unusual food....?

hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, & cheese ~ don't think it's unusual at all. it's pretty common in asia.
peking duck skin with lumpia wrapper and sauce
century eggs ~ a chinese delicacy known as thousand-year egg. the yolk is pale and dark green in color while the egg white is dark brown and transparent
balut ~ a filipino delicacy, a fertilised egg with a partially developed duckling, which is eaten boiled
salted duck egg ~ have a very liquid egg white, the yolk that is bright orange-red in colour, round, and firm in texture
fugu ~ pufferfish
green tea ice cream swirled with sweet potato ice cream
taiyaki ~ octopus balls
snails
santol skin ( remove the outer most layer) with vinegar and salt ~ an exotic fruit hat is round and yellow with a very thick skin and segments inside which are very tasty
** although, i highly doubt any of these foods could be considered as unusual for an asian...

Rutabagas. Nobody seems to know what they are but it would not be Thanksgiving without them. They make a good low-calorie substitute for potatoes.
