Kerastase, by l'oreal. They're sold exclusively at salons (expensive ones, at that, but they're an absolute marvel!)

Phyto, Kiehl's. Only at specialty stores, not regular drugstores. Or try www.bliss.com.
Ps: I do use those brands. They're fantastic. Phyto-Defrisant is great for frizzy hair, light, and time after time, it straightens it. It costs about $25 for a tube. So no comparison to Pantene or any other drugstore brand.

They probably use some sort of high class shampoo like, Nexxus, and John Frieda. What I use is Neautrigina replenishing shampoo & conditioner.
