~2 ounces of arsenic, taken orally, should die one's hair, black or white. For more natural means, it's simply a matter of time.

There are no completely natural options available. Black hair is the most strongly pigmented. To change the colour, either involves layering on a coating, or stripping the original colour with bleach, and re-applying another. Either way, it's not good for the condition of the hair.
Black hair in great condition looks better than any attempts to change the colour.

do you mean you already have dye in your hair and want to go back to its natural state? if so go to a beauty supply store and ask the clerk for a color stripper, it takes all the dyes over the years out of your hair and restores it to its natural look.

why would you want to die your hair? Black people w/ died hair look ridiculous. Leave it natural.
