Hmmm...they probably read the question but don't contemplate the response.
I generally do...but sometimes I jump right in with my two cents before checking to see if I know what I am talking about...LOL...but that's usually in the social and political section of YahooAnswers...so it's not exactly like my opinionated, unsubstantiated rants will really stand out....LMAO

I read it, and the paragraph explanation that usually follows.
I've noticed alot of ppl like to give opinions about the question, or some topic that deals w/ the question asked.....Rather than just answer the friggin' question.
