Yes. My dad has been doing it for YEARS. (I've tried to talk him out of it but he still does it!)

yeah, if its covered you could prolly wait a week before you should even worry about it. the fridge is cold and it stunts the growth of bacteria, plus the cooking of the food does the same. if you want a health hazard, leave raw food in the open air in a warm place. yuck.

Microwaving vegetables for an prolonged time does degrade the nutrition... yet reheating the nutrition in the different technique or only warming it interior the microwave does no longer something in any respect to the nutrition... you do no longer "Have" to do something you do no longer want yet i do no longer see the concern with putting your nutrition to reheat interior the oven or on the range right... The longer nutrition is uncovered to air and lightweight, the greater nutrition have a gamble to evaporate... yet remember... To get the finished BENIFIT of your nutrition, you're able to desire to cook dinner it to rupture the cellular partitions and extract each and every of the nutrition... you do no longer take in various the nutrition in case you do no longer cook dinner the nutrition... You bypass them precise out of your physique, unabsorbed...

Well, actually, non-stick utensils and pans have been under scrutiny. Apparently, the non-stick coating has "stuff" in it that can cause cancer.
Personally, I use stainless steel. There is no question that you can store in stainless steel.
If in doubt, don't store it.

sure why not? you may have hard food residue on it and need to do some extra soaking when needing to wash it(no scour pads on nonstick) a trick my husband does when he doesn't want to clean is fill it with water and boil the food stuck to the pans or pots before washing them, He says it makes it alot easier, while he's boiling the one he could be cleaning the others.
