Flying rug technology! Oh my gosh what will we ever do?

Wait a second, I have the answer:

We offer all the Arabs free Scotch Gard Stain treatment for all their flying carpets. They will gladly take us up on the offer because they are used to receiving free things from the west.

At first they will be happy because it will appear as though the Scotch Guard is repelling stains. But, as time goes on they will be getting a dirt build up as the Scotch Guard attracts dirt to the carpeting.

In a short period of time all their flying carpets will be grounded for maintenance just like the rest of their air craft fleet.

I think that eventually the Arab nations would come out on top. Why? Because while the U.S. air force probably had no match in technology and numbers, IT takes fuel to run them. DO we really think the Arabs are gonna keep pumping the oil and ship it to the U.S.?

Few nations in the world can compete with our Air Force and Navy Aviation. None of them are in the Middle East.

Gazeek!!!!! I never thought of 20 million Camels on flying rugs. I am scared to death. Do you think we could negotiate our way out ? Then again perhaps we could wash the rugs in pig juice.

i think the airforse and navy would win hands down the airforse has the f-22 raptor. when they use it the ragheads wont know what hit them. the navy has the f-18 hornet as it primary fighter. sure the rag heads will have the f-15 eagle, the f-16 falcon, and maybe even the f-14 tomcat. but sines we have better pilots we will come out on top.

you guys seriously unestimate arab air forces..now i agree the U.S. would win but arab states like egypt have f-15's and turkey i think has f-16's (im not sure) saudi arabia with all it's wealth is aquiring more modern air craft , and then theres kuwait and all those small nations they have some goodies.

Those flying carpets don't have control over the electromagnetic spectrum, whereas our Air Force and Naval aviation assets do.

We have air superiority if needed.

Its all in the warp and the weft.... traditional jute backings wear well but do little to stop anti aircraft munitions. Ceramic/Kevlar synthetics on the other hand do wonders as an armor as well as avoiding radar detection.

Not really - US Air Force is by far the best in the world. Our smart weapons and stealth technology make us the best.
