Depends what sort of mood I am in and where I am!

I like to bite the top off and eat the inside using my little finger and then break off bits of the chocolate to let them melt in my mouth. That way, the egg lasts for ages! The only bad news is that it makes my hands all chocolatey and sticky!
It's a classic example of do as I say, not as I do - I tell the children off if they eat theirs like that (but my excuse is that they get chocolate all over the taps when they wash their hands!)

I have gone right off you now - I want one and all the shops are shut!

I once managed to eat four in one go. There was something called the 'Cadbury's Cream Egg Challenge' which was to fit 3 eggs in your mouth and eat them without throwing up which I managed without too much hassle. Then one Easter i was bet that I couldn't do 4. I managed it and won the bet but wouldn't like to do it again (and haven't) Still had a great night out as a result so perhaps I'm wrong....

When I was in college, I lifted weights competitively and ate around 8 000 calories a day. I never had to avoid any food, and I stayed trim because of all of the exercise.

Whenever Easter came around I would add entire shipments of Cadburry Eggs to my prodigious dietary regimen.

One Easter I ate forty cadburry eggs in two days, and over the course of two weeks I ate about 80 total cadburry eggs.

Every Easter it was the same deal though I didn't always eats worty in two days.

That is how I like my Cadburry Eggs, falling out of my mouth in a slobbery heap of goo and chocolate as people wander by the dorm TV room in horror at the Easter PIg Man wallowing in his Easter delight.

There is a cafe near the bus station in Kilmarnock, Scotland that will deep-fry you a frozen cream egg. They also do the proverbial deep fried Mars bar as well as deep fried haggis and pizza. Scotland is worth visiting for such cuisine

Hold it in my hand for at least a minute to let the chocolate warm up and them lick the top and get it all chocolaty and gooey and them proceed to nibble and lick my way down to the thick chocolate base at the bottom - yummy!

carefully split in two. set one side down. lick the cream out of the side i'm still holding, and eat the chocolate half, hole side down. i hold it in my mouth, and let it melt. repeat with remaining side.
