I did a recovery on my computer, now I can't get incredimail back on it, does any one know why? I don't remember paying for it, but now they are asking for a credit card number, but it says free down load.

I recommend that you pass on incredimail because it sends a cookie with every e-mail you send and that cookie sits on your recipients computer and keeps bugging them to get incredimail.
A much better choice is thunderbird by Mozzila, and is is free.
Also Yahoo mail is a good program, also free.

Download Limewire at http://sales.limewire.com/060615/qacGRk2NNa1TQPrzdsxeRwjBruXIXfwK/ Search for incredimail and you will be able to download it. When you finish downloading the file, before you open it scan with your antivirus to make it isn't a virus

I didn't have any problems with downloading the free version. After upgrading to premium, I was still getting messages suggesting that I upgrade to premium. I've started just ignoring them as they don't know what they are talking about. I love the program but not the lack of support.
