smoke cigarettes...often the long cigarettes...has anyone else observed this...if so, why do you think this is?

Yes on the first two (most people in the beauty business are very stylish....)
I have never met one that smokes anything. Since a lot of your questions focus on "slim cigarettes" I would suggest you're on a fishing expedition.

THEY HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ALL THAT THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE IN SCHOOL LEARNING ...I BET YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT MOST OF THE FAIRLY NEW STYLISTS OUT THERE...IF YOU WERE EXPOSED TO SOMETHING THAT BELONG TO YOUR PROFESSION FOR A YEAR OR MORE YOU WOULD PICK UP ON IT...THEY ALSO SEE ALOT OF IT THROUGH THE HAIR SHOWS AND ALL THE MODELS ON THE RUNWAYS....
