some can be doing a number of things
1. making sure all is clean
2. Peeing to keep back germs
3. checking for a cycle
4. changing clothes
5. spraying the body down with cologne

Some go to pee, others to freshen up. Might be to use a spermicide gel, or make sure an inter-uterine device is in place.
Men don't have to worry about that sort of thing!
