~Given the chronic theft by the Church over the milenia, they could have documents as old as written language itself, be it on papyrus, animal skins, stone or whatever other media.

The last answer is ridiculous. Nothing is secret in the Vatican Library except the most recent archives. Just like civil governments they keep the archives closed until most of the people who might be mentioned in the documents have died. They are now opening ones from the middle of the 20th century.
The Library has some of the oldest documents known. But each is catalogued and known and has been seen by scholars whether Catholic or not.

The oldest item in the Vatican library is a 10th century "illuminated" manuscript of the Book of Revelations -- a handwritten text decorated with illustrations of biblical scenes hand painted in gold leaf. Just one ornate letter would have taken a monk months to complete. Pope Nicholas V established the library in the Vatican in 1448 by combining some 350 Greek, Latin and Hebrew codices inherited from his predecessors with his own collection and extensive acquisitions, among them manuscripts from the imperial library of Constantinople. In the history of the Roman Catholic Church, the Avignon Papacy was the period from 1305 to 1378 during which seven popes, all French, resided in Avignon: After the return of the papacy to Rome the Vatican became the usual residence. The oldest known manuscript of the Biblical New Testament is the Codex Sinaiticus, housed in the British Library in London, dates from the 4th Century and is believed to be one of 50 copies of the Scriptures commissioned by Roman Emperor Constantine.

Probably not much older than what we already have available to us. What they have, would be good maybe to authicate and compare with ours. We currently have available I think it's like 13500 pieces or whole books of the old testament. 16000 or so of the new testament that have been authicated to be just within a few years of the originals. And some of the originals just may be amongst the copies.

Considering they have the documents from the various Saints, of which date back to the time of Jesus... I think 2,000 years old would be a reasonable guess.

I think they have very old but they won't show since bible was edited and they won't start any contriverses now.
For sure they have more scriptures and have the same Q why this was included and others not.
Therefore Vatican is hiding teh truth.

I'd say pretty close to 2000 years but if they held onto it it's their right.
