You might find it in more "upscale" grocery stores in the produce dept. Ask the produce manager at your local supermarket to see if he/she can order it, or knows where you might be able to get it.

It's been in a local supermarket from time to time (Pennsylvania). Not quite sure about the season -- I think it's more of an early spring veg - cross between broccoli and asparagus. I like it.

I found it at central market market on Greenville avenue in Dallas Texas. This is March. It may be seasonal. Cost $2.98/bunch. Yikes!!
