Although the baby shower is for "your sister" it is really for the baby. So you need to decide if that is important.
My sister and i have a lot of issues with each other these days but i wouldn't miss it for the world.

For me to say no you would have to explain the situation... I can't think of any reason not to go to ones sisters baby shower.

Well what does 7-30 have to do with it ? Do you guys get along ?Do you want to share in her joy or is there bad blood between you two? My son and I dont get along very well so I stayed away because I didnt want to upset the mom which in turn would upset the baby

Unless you weren't invited, have problems with her which would mean you showing up would make her feel uncomfortable, live too far away and/or can't afford the the trip, or you are sick, I would say yes.

Yes this is a special day for her. I think you should go she might get sad if you dont. and Im sure if it was you she would go to yours!! So yes you should go and make sure she has a great time!!!

If you were invited, then yes.
Even if you two are fighting - if she invited you, then it's a gesture of love for her sibling.
Be a good sister - and go. You'll regret it later if you don't.
