my husbands bike was stolen at 7 am this morning...he just put insurance on it yesterday for 2 days... he has a lawyer friend and a doctor that will swear for affidavids that he was going riding with them today...Would you back him up too or would u be suspicious

If I were the claims adjuster, I would be getting affidavids from everyone that knows you and your hubby. I would also check your credit history, claim history and criminal history.
So don't be shocked if this is what happens.
And, duhhhhhhh.....YES, I would be suspicious.
And, duhhhhhhh..... a lawyer or doctor involved would make me SURE there is fire under all this smoke.

sounds fishy to me but if you know the real truth tell the police so you wont get into trouble for lieing
