Are people with gangrene real american heroes?

Why would someone do a thing like that? A person could be a hero with or without gangrene.

This is one of the oddest questions I have ever heard. Shame on the person that would make fun of anyone that is infected with the awful sickness of gangrene.
Actually, that disease can easily be caught, even in Hospitals.
I have a very dear friend that went in the Hospital for open heart surgery and got gangrene from the Hospital. He almost died, and his chest had to be re-opened and he is now full of mesh. He is now handicapped, due to the Hospital's errors.
So, tell this person, to keep quite and pray for your friends health.

Isn't gangrene a condition when someone loses blood supply to that portion of their body and it slowly dies, get infected then spreads throughout that area? Why would someone make fun of that in the first place? That person should be in the hospital.

my father had the beginnings of gangrene...i have never heard anyone make fun of him...but, i am sure if they did, they would see a rage come out of me that i have never seen before either...
there is nothing a person can really do about it...words...maybe beat the tar out of someone...but that really serves no purpose
i firmly believe that those who make fun of someone else's short comings and imperfections will one day pay for their misdeeds...
i also firmly believe that if i heard them, i would help them along a little...whether it would help their ignorance or not
