Exactly. I really don't see how Christians keep using the bible as evidence that God exists. If that were true then the Incredible Hulk, Hercules, the X:Men, Santa, and a myriad of other characters in books exist. In fact by using there logic they are more probable to exist since they are in more than one text.

It is absurd for the evolutionist to complain that it is unthinkable for God to make everything out of nothing, and then pretend that it is not more unthinkable that nothing should turn itself into everything.
GK Chesterton
If God did not create the universe where did it come from? Where did the matter come from? Where did the energy come from? Do you believe that the universe has always existed? Then you need to re-think your science. The Law of Entropy states that systems eventually decay. So no matter what rate of decay you claim, if it has existed forever, then it should have stopped by now. I mean if it has been going on forever. The alternative is that you dump this law of science. Then what other science must you get rid of? Suddenly your evidence for no God is on pretty shaky ground. Maybe you should stop believing. Maybe you should question your faith is psuedo-science.
Also, Why do you say that bible quotes cannot be used? Your last several questions did just that. Everyone of them has been answered and you were proven wrong. If you don't want Christians to use them then maybe you should stop.
As for us not using "feel God" fine. As long as you guys stop using your pain and hatred of God as evidence that he does not exist. No more "God can't be real because there is so much pain in the world" or "a loving God wouldn't have let ___________ die."
"And the world is not proof either" Fine! As long as you don't use it as evidence in your argument against God's existence.
That doesn't leave you much. And what's worse is that you've shown your hand.
You only look at things that lead you away from God.
You ignore all the things that point you toward a creator.
And
He still exists, even if you don't recognize that fact.

Ok. Let's assume for the moment that God doesn't exist. Think scientifically - what are the odds that not only the "big bang" theory is correct, but think of how everything in this world works together, from gravity, the effects the pull of the moon has on oceans, all the animals that make up the circle of life, the atoms and protons that make up the animals (including humans). There is just too much forethought in everything not to believe that there was a creator. In fact, I find it harder to believe that there isn't a God than that there is. Actually, I'd like to know how you'd prove he doesn't exist? What a sad life it would be if there wasn't a God. I'm glad to know you're thinking about the question. I hope you find what you're looking for.

Telling everyone not to quote Bible passages defeats the purpose also , so what do we do ? The Word is Jesus , John Chapter 1:1 . We base everything by the Word . Look up bible in the dictionary and see what you find . Nobody wants to give God credit , but they sure do like using some of His practices . God bless you

I want to believe there is a God, so I made a conscious decision to believe in God, and that meant developing my faith in the absence of proof. If someone asks me what proof I have that God exists, I say "none". Yet I still believe. Faith is valuable for the very reason you seem to think it is worthless The value of your faith (to God) lies in the fact that you hold onto it it in the absence of proof. Faith isn't easy; it's hard, and that is why God values your faith so much. You can believe either way, but requiring proof works both ways. Has anyone ever proven to you that God DOESN'T exist?

There isnt a god, earth had perfect conditions to support life bacteria grew evolved in to fish witch evolved in to anphibians and so on until humans there is no real proof! There are no miricles if something happens it was going to happen in the first place! The whole idea of religon is stupid! To base your whole life around something that may or may not be true. Yes there probably was a jesus. Did he rise from the grave probably not did he think he was the son of god mabey (opium could have somthing to do with that) Did a woman get pregnate with out a man no, mabey thats what she told her husband and everyone else. Mabey she was a hoe. You never know. They voted on what to put in the bible in the first place

Realize that you know for a fact that someone ACTUALLY created the very computer you are now using but you don't know him/her by face and that the computer didn't just show up by itself. The same goes for the universe which is infact zillion times more complicated than a computer. Someone must have created it, along with its planets that move in a precise and superb manner. This very creator can not be an ant, can not be a human because humans get tired and have to sleep, get hungry and have to eat.. sometimes hotdogs.. and then feel "full" and have to go to the bathroom.. This creator is beyond all of these attributes. This creator is GOD.

The world is not proof of God? Why not? But anyway, logically, there must be a god. Everything has a cause. Everything. Therefore, the effect of the universe and consequently earth must have a cause. Eventually, there must be a First Cause, that was itself uncaused. Your options are:
1. God/intelligent being
2. Universe itself
Since we know that everything in the universe, including the universe, is caused, this seems implausible/silly. You're only left with God/intelligent being.

I learned to read from a comic book
I learrned to understand from a school book
I learned to discern from the teachers who read books.
I base these things on what I know
therefore I can not believe everything that men write to be true
my choices are based on what I learned in life.
if the world itself and all beyond are not proof enough for you than my friend you are the lost soul I heard about !!
If I say to you dreams are real then I hope you sleep well and have a dream to show you the way as that is all that is left for proof to give

No I do not believe everything that men write because men are not perfect and also has his own selfish gains to exploit. God exists because everything is God. He rises and illuminates the dark each and every day. His rising allows the trees to grow, the water to flow, and lastly allows you and I to grow. God is not necessarily a physical being, but a conciousness being on a level so intense that it is unbelievable. God is that force that allows things to evolve and become. It is the light that is so great that it blinds. Because too much light can kill. Go figure
