Its one of the only words I can still remember from Spanish in High School.My teacher was a bit free sirited if you know what I mean.

There is a town in Sicily, MOTTA S. ANASTACIA which is near our US Naval Air Station, Sigonella, and near the city of Catagna. Since this town is up on a small mountain, I believe it might refer to the MOUNT OF SAINT ASTACIA. If it is Spanish, it might be a slang. Spanish is MONTAÑA for mountain.
