well ven though u may be tempted or attracted to her, if she is under the influence, she is not in her right mind to clearly make that desicion even if shes offering. If you did, lotsa problems could arise from it, because when a girl is drinking her thoughts ar not clear enough and this could be considered taking advantage of her or evn in some cases rape. Use your head wisely, difficult as it may be not to take her up on her offer, tell her maybe when shes sober, y'all can talk about it.

in california you can be convicted of raping a girl if she's too drunk to know what she's doing...I don't think the law is enforced in reverse...which is pretty messed up.
Be a gentleman...and if she wonders why...tell her that you wanted to have sex with her looking deep into her eyes and knowing that she was present in mind, body and spirit and sharing every urgent sensation of the moment with you.
