When does your willpower fail (if ever)?
If I know something is easily available (sweets in the cupboard, dishy male within reach) I find it very VERY hard not to have it all in one go.
If it ain't there, I don't go looking for it (with the exception of this stupid addictive Answers thing... best proof of real mental age!!)

Out at dinner, my stomach is full and there is just an amazing dessert...got to try it....or a hot man just my type...got to try that too. :)

I think that will power whether its eating, spending money, keeping promises whatever is difficult but it depends what stimulates you. For example if you want to save money keep the receipts and shock yourself with spending a visual cue, or a photo of when you were thinner a visual cue. Give yourself rewards and a long time rewards.
I didnt say any of this was easy though!

Yes you've reached the "unknown zone" so to speak with will power when you start coming to Answers uncontrollabley. LOL

good question! what is will power. is it not the strenth it takes to say No! if so, then if she`s nice, i`v got none haha. any help?
