While the first answer is correct, projects such as these most often involve a team of engineers from different engineering (and science) disciplines, there is a primary engineering discipline that would typically lead these type of projects. Systems engineers for radar systems and satellite systems are most often Electrical Engineers.

Both previous answers are totally correct. Many different disciplines are involved in complex engineering solutions. Also, keep in mind that any engineering discipline has many subdivision to it as well. Aerospace engineering can compromise aerodynamics, control systems, structures, propulsion, and so on and so on.
If you are looking to determine a field of study, take some time to reflect on what interests you, especially if you have a certain knack or passion for it. Be prepared to change your mind, expand your interests, or take a position that might not be what you originally had in mind. Your education really doesn't make you an engineer, but rather gives you a good foundation to begin gaining experience.

Satellite and radar systems are so complex that not a single type of engineering can engineer an entire system. This is true for most complex things.
