I am a 13 year old boy. My dad is 5'11" and my grandpop is 6'0". I drink no soda since I was 10. My mom went to a nutritionist and we are eating whole grains along with all that other good stuff. I just love the new food. Right now I am 5'1" and want to be 6'1" becoming and NHL hockey player. I don't want to grow talller using growth stimulant drugs or doing surgery. What are the best everyday habits or anything that could help me grow?

Don't worry! You're only 13. You still have years to grow. You stop growing when your 23. You still have 10 years. Boys usually don't hit there growing spurt early. When you hit your growing spurt you will grow like CRAZY! You migh even be taller then 6'1 when you're 23 so stop worrying. You are tall for your age. ^_^

All you have to do is WAIT. Your height is determined by genetics. If you get your genes from your pop and grandpa, you will be lucky. If you are short, you can still be a world-class hockey player. I personally know some good ones and EVERYONE knows Henri Richard !. Bon Chance !

Well, first let your body finish growing. Then worry about it if you dont get any taller. Short guys are cute! and NHL players can be short! thats not a tall sport at all. Have faith little man you'll get taller!

you still could grow on your own. Men don't stop growing until about 26. Did you have any short people if your family history?

If it means anything, my boys all did their most growing between 12-15. My middle one willed himself to 6'2''. No one in our family has broken the six foot barrier except him

well boys do intend to be short for the longest time and them start growing alot. all i would say is keep eating healthy!
