As the fetus grows, the uterus pushes down on the bladder and the colon, causing the pregnant woman to have to go to the bathroom more often. There's usually no more urine or feces than usual, just a little bit more frequently.

That's super easy! The fetus presses on the bladder and so they have to urinate much more often to stay comfortable.

I presume you are referring to pregnant women.
As the baby grows inside the womb, it presses against the bladder, leaving less room and more frequent need to go.
Pregnancy can often cause constipation.

The uterus is located between the bladder and bowels. It causes you to have to empty more frequently, also, most women eat and drink better when they are expecting, that can cause more frequency as well.
