I usually just call them "God Folk" because it identifies those other than Christians and it's not demeaning (or at least not as much as the ones you've provided).
I try not to antagonize God Folk because we all have to live on this earth. I just ask that they not preach to me, call me names or demand I believe what they believe (and that includes making me invoke God's name when pledging allegiance to my own country or when paying for my Happy Meal).
When pushed, though... I'd go with BrainWashed Minions.

I like Happy Sinners, because we are sinners. Nobody can keep from being a sinner. And we are happy. We are happy because we know that even though we try to be perfect and never can be, Jesus died to forgive those sins and we will have eternal life with him.
