Your parents are smart to make you wait. Listen to them. You have plenty of time to get your heart broken, why rush?

The best thing is honesty, tell them that you don't want to have to sneak behind there backs just to have a boyfriend. You can also recommend that you can only see your boyfriend outside of the home if you go on group dates, or he has to come to your house. If you are honest with your parents about having boyfriends in the past it will show that you have some maturity and it will also show that you want an honest relationship with them. However you are 14 years old and I know that your friends are probably in relationships but just remember that all men are pigs and don't fall for any of their lines like "if you really loved me you would".

Listen to your parents. I know you don't believe it but 14 is too young. Wait until 16 which is not far away.

i think you should just listen to your parents. 16 is a good age, you'd be a little more mature and not so naive. just entering high school, the older guys are gonna be after u. but you should just hold out until 16, dating in high school isnt all its cracked up to be. trust me
