They are kind of shaggy and is good outside and inside real nice dogs they dont chew on anything or is really bad about anything.
P.S. If you dont want to train a dog to go to the bathroom buy and older one but the younger ones are pretty easy. I will give you a link in like a minute so check back later.
They dont shed and is more like a lap dog but they also love to play. But like if you set her on the couch or whatever she will be asleep in minutes and if you have a toy she can mess with shell play with that too. They are little dogs only grow to maybye a foot long. They are little and cute and dont make much of a mess!

You want a small shaggy dog but you don't want him to be shaggy??
Just get a small short-haired dog.

get a chinese crested powderpuff. looks shaggy but doesnt shed, loves children and is perfect for indoors.

go to your local pca. they have many small dogs to adopt and you can get most often a mix breed that always makes a better pet and friend than purebred breeds.
