I'm worried that as I lose 85 pounds, my skin will sag and I'll look terrible. I'm in my late teens, so I've got a lot of collagen but not much money. What can I do to avoid getting the Michellin effect?

do it. lose the wgt. i lost 20 lbs and never felt better. it feels GOOD to have my clothes baggy, and i think at a young age like yours, skin should be pliable and pull in. i'm no pro, though, so this isn't the last word. i just wanna encourage you. good luck. you have to loose weight slowly, if you go get liposuction or start loosing 30 ppounds a week, itll probably happen, but if you eat right and excersize and loose a few poudns a week your body shoudlnt do that, unless you weigh 900 pounds and want to be 120

Lose the weight steadily rather than quickly. If you lose the weight steadily rather than quickly, your skin will recover.

I have lost that much and never had that problem; I was in my 30s when I did it.
