With Good Health I can have good sex and I can earn money and become wealthy. So, the obvious answer is Good Health.

Good health. Back in the 80's I had cancer and between 1985 and 1988 had to have 15 surgeries. Sometimes they were just days apart and I was in the hospital for months on end. I had 3 daughters at home and the youngest was 5 months old when I first had to go in. I missed the first 3 years of her life that I can never get back.
Defiantly health.

Good health; it would give greater likelihood of obtaining the other two on my own.
Though good wealth would help with acquiring the health, it would not guarantee it
And if you don't have health, what do you have?

Definitely good health. Health can affect your ability to have sex, especially if you're a male (atherosclerosis can cause impotence), and various medical conditions can be extremely costly.
