I would call 9-1-1 and report the wreck and pull to the side of the road and help the person, it is the moral thing to do.

If I felt safe, I would stop and ask if there was something I could do. Otherwise, I would call the police and report the situation. Thank goodness for cell phones.

i would go over and try to help to help them, call 911, because if i didnt and i found out that they died or something i would feel guilty like forever
