Let's get this liberal thinking out of the head and get on an even keel.
Hezbollah goes in Israel and kidnaps two soldiers. The Palestinians go and capture one soldire and expect 1000 in return. I would rather die than go for that exchange.
The Hezbollah started this and Israel basically said it will end on our terms. I believe the news was released that Lebanon called for a cease fire. Israel gave them more than a bloody nose, and they wanted to send a message that, if this happens again, expect the full fury.
I am sick and tired of hearing that Israel is the excuse or the reason for the attacks. Liberalists have this type of attitude against Israel.
Israel defened herself. If my kids were atacked and I had the ability to give someone "more than a scare," I would do it in a heartbeat.
Mess with God's chosen people...you get God as well.
Israel is the apple of God's eye. Check the Bible.

The only barbarism I see going on in that part of the world is at the hands of people who do things like blowing themselves up in crowded marketplaces and buses.
The last time I checked, it wasn't the israelis who were doing this.

It is possible to see both sides of the conflict (as an outsider), as well as the fault and responsibility of each. No one side is justified, as each has engaged in acts of aggression, both currently and in the past. Personally I think the stubborness and righteousness of each camp will mean this conflict will never be resolved. Your words certainly dont help, nor do the biased reportings that you post (of course, neither do the Fox network rubbish, crappy local newspapers etc help either...).
