What is a quick and easy snack that will taste really good, and is really easy to put together with common household foods?

It helps to know the occasion, if any, and what you have on hand. It's hard to help with no clue of what you normally have in the pantry!
Popcorn is always a nice healthy and filling snack, if its for you superman, put a little cayenne pepper (not too much, you'll cough) and a little parmesean cheese on it. If not then put a nice sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. Yummy.
Peanut butter and apple slices are a great snack, high in protein and fiber, vitamins, etc.
Crackers and cheese is great. Bean dip. Crackers and anything is good.
Grilled cheese is a great snack.

vanilla yogurt with frozen strawberries & blueberries put yogurt in bowl add frozen berries let sit 1 hour to defrost (this makes great juices) and stir & eat you can also use fresh and forgo the waiting it's nutrious also and able to use on most diets
