Your friend is watching fat people while they're on the toilet? What kind of friends do you have, anyway? And what makes him think he looks any better?
My advise: Try being more sensitive towards people's feelings. There is such a negative association to being overweight. It's not for anyone to judge another person's physical appearance. We have no idea what that individual is going through in life. They could have put on weight from depression, surgery, medication, and so on. Who knows? Maybe some overweight people have lost a lot of weight and are on the right path to good health. At any rate, your friend needs to stop being so superficial and grow up.

get a life and don't be so crude. Though everyone has a funny bent different than others. BTW is he/she obsessed with it and does he/she try to invade the privacy of fat people on the toliet? If so then he/she maybe endangering themselves, because some people don't take that too well

Well, how stupid. Heavy people shouldn't be laughed at! They are people, with feelings just like everyone else. Your "friend" needs to get a life, and not be amused by other peoples' handicaps.

Sounds like a peeper and totally childish to me. He needs to grow up and be more mature. Like the other person says, respect other's privacy.
