Yes Im usually a timid person but when a girl is too hot to pass up i go for it, the results are usually 80 / 20. 80 being rejection

I would try to start up a conversation first and find out more about her, have her find out more about me and try to see if she was interested in me. Then of course I would ask her out for coffee or a small lunch, or a drink so we could continue the conversation.
